I went to visit my old neighborhood and noticed that every bad area including that one is soaked with Democrats . What is the reason ?

in addition to the hundreds of Democrat posters, yard signs , and not one sign from another political party .

Democrats support welfare programs that treat the poor as victims. They have successfully brainwashed the poor into thinking Republicans want to take away the welfare that they are entitled to (Dems even got the programs renamed "entitlement programs"). Futher they have brainwashed them into thinking that GOP is racist based on their belief that all those who are able bodied and of sound mind should work for a living.
Thus they vote Democrat to continue getting "free" money.

Prime voter base, the democrats get these people addicted to gov programs and sell them on the Republicans trying to get them off it as a bad thing!!, or cutting programs as a bad thing, instead of encouraging these people to go out and get Jobs, or back to school, or a tech program school. Also the judges in these areas give easy judgment's so they don't come off as racist's, and have Jessie and Al Sharpton marching on them instead of holding all individuals to the same standard no matter what color or ethnic background they come from

Why are some of the biggest recipients of farm aid located in red states? Look at the overall distribution, majority goes to red states.
Republicans have their hand out too, it's called farm welfare. And that's just one example. Our federal govt shouldn't be doing that, not it's purpose.
Not only that, pork spending needs to stop. It's costing us BILLIONS of dollars each year.

Liberals are all about taking YOUR money and giving it to somebody that doesnt deserve it. As Hillary said, "We're going to take things away from you for the greater good". That translates to:
Rufus or Tyrone dont have jobs. They dont want jobs. Their job is going to pick up their welfare check twice a month.
You have a job but you still pay for Rufus and Tyrone because Hillary will raise your taxes.
