It could still be a while. It's different for everyone. With all of my children, I have been dilated 2-3 cm for weeks before they were born! It will be soon though =) Enjoy your sleep while you can (if you still can lol) Good luck.

I was dialted to 2 and 100% effaced for 7 days bfor going into labor. I was 1/2 cm dilated my whole pregnancy my doctor told me this at 8 weeks.

You may have a while to go. I was 3 cm dilated unbroken water for 3 weeks. Good luck.

Everyone is different. Ive been walking around 1.5 cm dilated for 3 weeks now.

Like everyone is saying, could be days, could even be weeks. If you're looking to speed things up, have lots of sex. Semen softens the cervix and causes it to dilate. 1/2 centimeter is nothing.
