We have no spare keys....windows are rolled up. Is there a way we can try to get into the car. Its not power locks.

If you found someone with a "slim Jim", that should do it. A lot of times police have them. I drive a Neon, and owned an other.
If it is a 2 door, you might be able to get a coat hanger in around the door gasket, and hook the key. The other thing is a long hard rod. If again around the door gasket, push it across to the other side to rock the door lock. On a 4 door, this would be easier to go from front to back. If you can get the trunk open, the seats can be folded down, and you could get entry that way.
If you have a dealer or locksmith, the ven number should tell how to cut a key.

Get a wire coat hangar and bend it appropriately to undo the lock......or call a locksmith.
