In the comics, no - all of the major characters are eternally in high school, are are too young and innocent to marry.
In the TV movie "Archie: To Riverdale and Back Again", broadcast in 1990, Moose and Midge were shown to have married, and several other characters are shown as having been married but gotten divorced.
