I wouldn't ask him if he is doing it then you should be doing it also...Though two wrongs don't make a right. You should just move on and leave him.....If your planning on staying then I would step out and let him see how it feels......

Affairs are not acceptable in a relationship, besides, you do as you please and since he is your ex, you don't need to explain yourself to him or to anyone.
