For addition a + 0 = a 0 is the ID
and a + (-a) = 0 -a is the inverse

so inverse of 2/3 is -2/3

LIke they all said, the additive inverse of a number hav to sum up with that number to equal 0. Therefore, (2/3)+x=0. x=-(2/3).
