My pre-1981 memories of my late mother (who developed an extremely severe case of multiple sclerosis in 1981, and died of it in 2003) are rapidly fading. I really don't remember enough about her, before she got the horrible form of MS that ended her life at age 58.

I turned eight years old in 1981. I was my son's age when she first got MS.

The best way for me to remember someone I've lost is to talk about, them tell funny stories and so on.

I have been truly blessed and haven't lost anyone that meant the world to me. I count those blessings each and everyday though.♥

Not uncommon.
Remembering the face is the hardest.
Remembering the person and the feelings is easy for me.
