Women on the beach, lake, boardwalk, etc. in a string bikini or less...No problem.
Walk in on them in thier bra and panties...Big problem!

Hahaha. Technically no difference in coverage. Maybe it is more personal because technically a bikini is not an undergarment.

At the beach, the woman wearing the string bikini is geared up mentally to be looked at!
When a woman is in her bra and panties, and someone walks in on her, she has not mentally prepared to be viewed like that!

The ones in the string bikini are out flauntin' it in public for the world to see and they WANT you to look - that's why they are dressed (<--using that word loosely) that way.
The ones in the bra/panties are not expecting an audience - they are usually in a private setting - so that's a problem!

the "setting" is everything....
yes, i know.. a bikini is basically bra & panties; however, when everyone is wearing it (at the beach,etc). it is socially acceptable! *smile*

the ones in string bikini's are the ones who want you to see what they got. the women you walk in on are less slutty and want their private things to be kept private.
