permentit marker and penical and i know an earser for penic but i have alot of writing on my binder and it will take me forever to get it out with an eraser.

Try mineral spirits (get the odorless kind so the fumes don't kill you). Test them first--it could damage the binder.

Mr. Clean Magic Erasers will remove just about anything (it'll even take the paint off your walls if you scrub for long enough). Should work great on a binder.

soak a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and rub that on your binder. im pretty sure that will get most of it out. or you could try a magic eraser from mr clean.

try using a plastic pan scrubber with a mild abrasive cleaner.,don`t use too much water.
