My opinion toward female offenders/criminals would be the same with any offender/criminals. Committing a crime has its price. Do the time. Apparently repeat offenders/criminals shouldn't get continued rehabilitation. Obviously they didn't learn the first time, what makes anyone think they would learn the second, third, fourth and so on? It should be a one shot deal or serve the full sentence and it should be WITHOUT parole.

Unfortunately, offenders/criminals have limited Rights in prison. In which, they shouldn't have any because they abused their Rights when they committed their crime. Their Rights ended when they were found guilty. So, NO RIGHTS for OFFENDERS/CRIMINALS. PERIOD. Now that's JUSTICE for any victim(s) or anyone who think the system should work that way. Such as I.

I think female offenders/criminals should receive the same "harshness" in sentencing that males receive, and I think that their jail time should be just as difficult. I also think (as many other do, apparently) that we shouldn't waste our money trying over and over again to rehabilitate them...once or twice is plenty. If they don't get it by then, let them serve society by farming or producing some sort of good in prison (they actually do that in many prisons).

Pros/con...well...I guess the pros would be that female criminals are probably easier to manage than male criminals. I doubt there is as much violence in women's jails...and even if there is I doubt it's as severe (we obviously can't hit as hard as men). I certainly can't prove that though, it's just an assumption. Though women definitely don't rape each other in prison as often.

It's interesting to note, though, I read somewhere that nearly 90 percent of violent crime committed by females was committed while they were under the influence of PMS. I find this amusing.

What are the Pros and Cons? Is this a trick question or in other words, what is the question. I don't know of any pros to criminal behavior. The cons would be the women locked up in prison for their criminal behavior.

Your did not ask a clear question.

Treat them as you would any male offender/criminal. Pros and cons of female offenders/criminals? There are none. They are expensive and I am tired of providing them with more than they deserve.

Not to say female criminals didn't actively play a part in their crime, but statistics show most women are in prison because of a man. Look it up.

I don't understand pros and cons? Are there any? Really?

Female criminals should get the same treatment as men.

Don't mean to be contrary, Shaq, but you asked this question a few days ago. And, as we speak, your question is in voting for best answer. So if you are not going to bother with the first group who answered this SAME question, why should we all bother with answering this one??

Same as my opinion of other criminals.
I don't want them rehabilitated. There's no shortage of good people, so why the heck are we obliged to warehouse the bad ones?
Give them the choice between execution and exile.
