Apparently it seems that you don't understand English very well and are uninformed of current trends, due to the fact you live underneath a rock where you let your brain rot to oblivion GTB. When I said "good" I meant as in proficient at hacking. Now let me ask you question, when the FBI or NSA hacks into people's accounts in order to save American citizens from terrorist attacks are these people who work at those agencies "bad" ? Yes there are people who are known as "good hackers" they are refered to as "white hat hackers" as opposed to the ones whom you only know are called "black hat hackers". White hat hackers have strict ethical codes for the companies they work for.
White hat hackers are formally known as security consultants. Visit these sites to better educate your self because you have only yourself to blame for living underneath a rock

If you're talking about being a good hacker in the sense of working in computer security, then you need to know multiple programming languages. At the very least you need to know C, C++ and x86 and various types of Assembler. Try reading some of the stuff at blackhat.com to get an idea of what's involved in the field - having an advanced degree in computer science or engineering is the best place to start.

Let's summarize and clarify your question and desire:

1. You want to learn to be a good hacker.
2. You want to know which programming languages need to be mastered to be a good hacker.
3. You have NO concern about the legal, ethical, or moral implications of hacking. Somehow you do not see it as an equivalent to breaking and entering while it actually is the same as breaking and entering.

Now to answer your question

1. There is NO SUCH THING AS A "GOOD HACKER". Hacking is an illegal, unethical, immoral act. It cannot be good so a "good hacker" is as much a contradiction as is a "square circle".
2. Your moral and ethical score is in the same camp as a "good hacker", i.e. nonexistant.
3. Don't expect anyone to assist you in your criminal career. You have to do this yourself and while you rot in jail in a few years you can only thank yourself.

to be a good hacker...yeah right! during years of experience and programming you'll learn a trick or two, but you must know how and when to use it. Usually the things I know I keep to my self cuz I know it's illegal. If you want to learn some tricks, then gain experience like me by getting a degree and or a masters.
