You do not give a lot of information.
You can stay in hostels that cost anything from 5$ per person per night upwards, (that is in eastern Europe) in towns like London expect to pay at least $50 in a hostel.
Hotels start at 15$ per night, going up over $ 800.
Food and drinks $5 to $200 per day, more is possible.
Sight seeing and shopping, $0 to $5000 a day, depending on your preference.

The average tourist in the Netherlands spends € 200 a day, as many spend only half or even less, many others must spend much more.
(That is near $275.)

Multiply the 'per day' with however long you can afford, and add the flight to Europe, I have seen some for $500, but also $5000, so there again, pick your choice.

Hitch hiking costs nothing, taxi rental can go up rather far, say $500 for a day.

The person I heard traveled recently for the least amount of money spend about $30 a day, would be $1800 plus airfare, say at least $2500.
That is flirting with danger and sleep in the house of people you have just met down the road.

Realistic would be something like $6000 to $12000 plus airfare, but people with unlimited resources might spend $120,000 for a shorter trip.
