NO! I am staying at the resort so I do not have to pay to park!!! Thanks for thinking the best of people.
My question is exactly how it reads!

I believe I have been mis-understood.
I am staying at a resort and need to get to the Contempory early, before buses for a breakfast. I do not want to get caught up into MK traffic at the toll plaza.

Ok, I apologize if I read something into that which wasn't there. The short answer is, yes, Vista Blvd. intersects with World Drive going north, so if you're staying at a Magic Kingdom Resort Hotel, then you can use Vista Blvd to get back to your hotel from other guest areas if you so choose.

I would point out that even during a theme park exit, going through the toll plaza is the fastest way to return to the Magic Kingdom Resort Area. I'm not sure WHY you'd want to avoid the toll plaza if you have the Resort Guest pass which will let you through for free, but that's the answer to your question.

I think your real question is "Can I get to the Magic Kingdom parking lot without paying the $10 parking fee?"

Yes, currently, this is possible, although unethical.

Vista Blvd. turns into World Drive north of the toll plaza. If you wanted to do this (and again, I do NOT recommend that you do), you'd have to follow Vista Blvd onto World Dr and circle the entire parking lot (follow the signs to the Magic Kingdom Visitor Drop-Off and Pickup, then continue on as if you were going out), and, there's a sign marking where you'd turn left to "return to parking." This turn is located AFTER the Hess station on your right but just BEFORE you pass the toll plaza on the other side of the road on your left. You'd then be able to park in the Magic Kingdom parking lot without paying the fee.

It'd be pretty time-consuming. It'd probably take you an extra 15-20 minutes to do that vs. coming in through the toll plaza. One could do this until someone at Disney decides that the revenue lost by the people who do this is great enough to merit staffing a security booth on Vista Blvd before Fort Wilderness (which is what they did for the first 30+ years of operation).

You must go through the Magic Kingdom toll plaza to access the entire Magic Kingdom area including the resorts. It is the only entrance and of course you do not have to pay parking if you are going to one of the resorts. When you approach the Magic Kingdom toll plaza be sure to enter on the RIGHT side and tell the cast member that you are going to one of the resorts, they will direct you towards RIGHT roadway.

This is very easy to do so I am therefore not sure what your question is.

One of the most wonderful things about staying at the resort, is that you can park your car when you arrive, and never need to worry about parking or traffic again. There is never a long wait on a bus, and you can parkhopper all day long using the bus system,if the kids need a nap, hop the bus to the hotel, when they wake up, back to the park on the bus, then go back to the hotel....just tired from the parks, not dealing with traffic and finding your way around.
