last month , i went to the philippines and i gotta say, it was the best time of my life. I went back home last saturday and since than i cant sleep , and music i hear over in the philippines reminds me of the philippines[ why is that? ] In school, i keep thinking of the philippines and thinking of all the regrets.
i cant conscerate now.....im not derspress
So am im too emotional?

So, who's the girl you left behind, kid? shhhhh, don't worry after a couple of weeks, the pain (of missing the Phils.) will ebb a little and it's not gonna hurt as bad. And when you hear the music (the one that reminds of Phils), you'd be wearing a smile instead. Give it time, kid.

Meanwhile, try to enjoy what you have here and now...being in the 12th grade is exciting...make the most of it. See 'em football games Friday nights....rah rah rah CHEERS!

It happens to me too. .when I go visit family in Colombia. you come back sentimental , depressed etc.. I guess its just called Post Vacation depression. We all go Thur it.. So don´t worry, Its good to be sentimental and show your affection for loving somewhereyou have been .. Remember the good times and think that you will be back soon to enjoy it even more..

a bit..but it's okay.. it's hard to forget something wonderful. you must have really enjoyed your stay in the philippines.

It takes about one to two weeks. Its like a jet lag.

its normal. its like getting attached to something or someone that makes you feel good, then parting from it. but you have a life to live so, better get yourself back on track ; )
