Talk to him at halftime. Or sit down and watch the game with him. Heck he might like that you are into football just like him and will want to talk to you during commercials or talk to you at halftime or even talk to you when the other team has possession of the ball.

Or call before the game or after the game and talk to him about the game and some key plays then he may not ignore your during f.s.

There are things better than football. Give him an alternative to football. Then when you have shown him there are things better than football, you will have his attention when needed.

As a corrolary, make sure you keep yourself occupied during the season. Since it isn't on all the time, when it isn't on, do something with him.

When it is on, have some friends out for fun. I am sure he has friends who love the game, and I am sure some of their significant others don't love it. So have him and his guy friends get together and watch the game while you and the girls get together for movies (out at the theater or home with a rental).

And not just movies, there is shopping, plays, live music, etc. When he sees you having lots of fun, maybe he will want to spend more time with the fun loving person you will become.

Have a good life with him, but also have a life without him. That way you expand your circle of friends and don't have the boredom of the football widow.

First of all the whole season is 16 weeks long. I think you during a game. Games are about 3 to 3.5 hours long and they start at 1 and 4 on Sundays, and 7 on Mondays. Don't forget about pregame though that starts an hour before the 1 oclock game and Monday night game. College is different, different times and days.

Well, I'd say "half-time" but that generally either involves a re-cap or switching to another game....

It's a losing battle sweetie....get interested in the game or find a hobby until the season is over. If that's the worst problem you have with your man, you've got it made...

Us guys love football, it is a orgasm for us in a way, and you"ll probably have to wait until the season is over, or you can dress like a referee and do your thing girl (fantasies! LOL!)

Lol I have the same problem . . . early in the morning or late at night after the games are done? Or bust something out like "I'm pregnant and it's not yours"--maybe that'll get his attention, but it's doubtful! I feel your pain.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Unless he's watching high school ball too, then just Tuesday and Wednesday. If you have ESPN then just call him at work to talk.

You have to wait til after THE SEASON to talk to him? I absolutely LOVE football, but my wife can talk to me during the season. Heck, even during games if it can't wait. If you can't talk to him during the season, well.....he loves it way too much.

Um, no, he's not allowed to do that per-se. Now, he can say, please wait babe there's a match on, but he can't blow you out for an entire season....... My wife makes me beg for sex [gives her some kind of thrill], put the boy on his knees if he's too tough........ Now you better be right, don't put him on his knees for nothing...... Ok, babe?
