I can't seem to find an answer to such a simple question!!!!
what is the biggest challenge in the world of business!!!!!!! as in after i graduate from business school what will be the biggest challenge for accountants, finance, economy, business admin, or anything else in the business world!!!!! and last but not least how do you deal with these challenges??
Someone please help its very important!!!!

Change.
In a world that is always changing especially financially with all the new businesses, also insider trading, etc all the positives and negatives the only one constant is change. The only way to deal with change is to be open to it and know that when you clock out for the day the whole world may be different by the time the markets are open tomorrow.

the biggest challange will be getting past your own fears of working for someone and doing a good job. Most companies have a training program followed by mentoring. Ask questions, keep notes. and try hard. The business world is tough but not impossible and remember that you are not first new person to go out and challange the world.
The next challange is to manage your personal life so the job does not become all of your life while your trying to do well. Get up in the morning spend sometime with your life, then go to work and leave your life behind go home and leave the office life at work.

you better really start seeing the big picture. get out there and get several jobs. not one but several. see the difference in how each company is ran. honestly i have had over 30 jobs. i have been there. i tell you each job is crazy. each one has situations that are different and can be easy or difficult to deal with. you better ask more people in different job situations what it is like. you have some researching to do. and just make sure you get paid. also do quality work. be consistent. and honest. that will do you well.
