Umm it's not really caused by sex...sex is an exercise...unless your gaining muscle..but that would take a lot marathon sex. If you go on birth control I have heard that makes some people gain. I am on it though and don't gain. Once you start having sex you might get comfortable in the relationship and feel that you can eat more, that happens a lot to girls, or If you get preggers, obviously you will gain.
None of these are really caused by sex, but could be a result of it.
So basically If you don't want to gain weight just continue to eat right and exercise. Wear protection, and choose the right birth control.
If you want to lose weight..have sex more..lol

No... But if you are the type of person who eats when they feel guilty or sad and you have sex when you are not ready, then maybe you will gain weight.
In and of itself, sex is an aerobic activity and very good for exercise.

no not true. i've been doing it for years!!! you'll be fine, just be careful otherwise you'll get knocked up and then gain mega weight

If you look at BIG MAMA BRITNEY it seems that way,but no when you start having sex and allot you usually loos weight at first.
