I would first do the things that Kevin did to the burglars in the Home Alone movies, then call the cops.

I most likely would. But I also might give the person a chance to put the tiem back or pay for it. IF it were strealing as in breaking into someone's house, YES I'd call the cops.

yes, i'd call 911 immediately. actually, i live right across the road from a convenience store. so if it got robbed i'd be in a position to help them out asap.
