Im having problems gettin onto it, please could anyone give me a link to see if it works (Hagen, aquatics seller, makes fluval filters) Thanks very much in advance

I just tried their site and couldn't get it either. It could be they're experiencing problems at their end, or that may be doing maintenance on their website. I'd try back in a few hours and see if you can get on then (if it's not an emergency). If it is, you may want to post your problem/question here, or contact your local fish store for help.
