Chemistry help? 0.25 g = ___ cg?

What on earth is a cg??? and how does is it relate to g???
Help please, giving the 10 points for best explanation :/

Metric measurements go (from larger to smaller) gram, decigram (= 1/10 gram), centigram (= 1/100 gram), milligram (= 1/1000 gram), microgram (=1/1000000 gram), and so on. So 1 gram would equal 100 centigrams. Half a gram would equal 50 centigrams, and so forth.
