Let's summarize your question and situation:

1. You are a student using the school's Internet access.
2. You are supposed to use the school Internet access for academic purposes only, not for personal or recreation purposes.
3. The school administration feels that you should use school time and school resources for academic purposes only.
4. Your English Grammar and Composition and spelling skills are well under commonly accepted practice at the fourth grade level as shown by your writing. Clearly you need to spend time mastering fundamental educational elements like reading and writing. I suspect but do not know that your math skills are equally below par for your age.
5. Your school has specifically blocked numerous non-academic sites so students do not divert academic time and academic resources on topics that do not further education goals.
6. You, who writes and spells in a totally unacceptable mannor, and probably is a marginal at best academic performer feels you know better and wish to circumvent the school set up non-academic site blocking so you can waste your time pursuing activities that will in no way further your academic skill. You do not see the need for education and you feel you already know it all. You actually know very little and are wasting valuable time pursuing wasteful activity.
7. You have no idea that the school can deny you Internet access for your attempts to address prohibited sites - and for attempts to circumvent their blocking attempts. You are risking loss of Internet access and want people to help you in this foolish endeavor.
8. In fact the school is tasked with protecting you and you are doing all you can to get around the school's protective attempts.

Now to answer your question:

I will not participate in any way helping you do what you want to do. If you wish to achieve your goal, here is what you should do:

1. Spend all your time on your studies, take advanced placement courses, and get a straight A average.
2. Obtain an academic scholarship to a major university and major in computer science. Work hard and maintain your straight A average.
3. Obtain a Graduate Student Fellowship - and get a Ph D in computer science funded by a Fellowship that pays your fees, tuition, room and board, and pays you a stipend (salary) while you pursue your advanced degree.
4. After you complete your Ph D you will know how to achieve your circumvention goal. Of course, at that time you will probably be designing such devices to protect students from themselves.

It depends on how they're blocking it. It could be that they are blocking it by adding the url to the computer's hosts file. Go to the C:, then Windows, then system32, then drivers, then etc, then HOSTS. Take the url out if its there and save it. Restart the browser.

You are at school to learn. Don't waste the tax payer's money wasting your valuable eduation time by going on facebook instead. That is what your free time is for.
