I sure would- although I'd be scared as hell!...heck I'd probably do it for $20,000 (after taxes) even if there were 60 mph winds- I'd wear a parachute just in case I fell.

I have worked on the type of swing stage they do that type of work from. Although it may seem frightening, it's really not too bad. Not only are you on the platform, you are also harnessed to a lifeline.
I would do it in a heartbeat but not in 60mph winds, too great a chance of injury
..and I am terribly afraid of heights. My fear is what keeps me safe when working.

Yes, if I had complete confidence in the safety equipment. The additional height doesn't really matter once you get above about 10 stories anyway. You'll hit terminal velocity at that point.
