Keeping him captive would be the stupidest damned thing we could do. His incarceration would be a free pass for all the terrorist to attack. They wouldn't have to first convert us to Islam.
I would put him in a helicopter. I would fly the helicopter over lower Manhattan and drop leaflets that said: "The next thing you will see coming out of this helicopter will be a parachute bearing Mr. Osama bin Laden"
Then I would turn around, fly over lower Manhattan again and push his dumb butt out.
You can use your imagination as to what is going to happen to his sorry a s s when he hits the ground.

2) He could provide important information/details and thus need not be harmed
3) The bounty makes him worth more than his weight in gold - I'd deliver an impeccable specimen.

No, as useless as I consider them I am still sworn to protect them. I would arrest the guy and we would go directly to jail without passing "GO" or collecting $200.
