I'm not trying to offend people, I'm just using this as a research topic for school. I probably never seen a left handed person write with their right hand before, so I dont know if left handed people are naturally left handed.

The same reason right handed people don't do things with their left hands. It's what comes natural.

I have always been left handed I have written with my right hand before about as well as a right handed person can write with their left. Some Right handed people even started off being left handed and their parents wouldnt let them learn to be left handed since there are not alot around and most things are for right handed people.

I'm left handed, but I throw and play golf right handed. When I played baseball, I was a switch hitter. I also sometimes eat with my right hand, but usually I use my left. Right or Left handedness is caused by which side of your brain is more dominate.

I'm left handed and can only write that way, but I golf, play baseball, throw a ball and shoot (pool/gun) with my right hand. I think it's because I learned all these things from right handed people. I may have learned to write from my left handed mom, but so did my brothers and they're right handed. I can only cut with right handed scissors in my left hand and mom mom can only cut with her right hand.

how come right handed people cant do things with their left hands?
side note: leftys are better at using their right hand than rightys are with their left. Why? because we grew up in a righty-dominated world, and we have had to change slightly to adjust. i.e using the computer mouse

Left handed people do use their right hands.I and two of my four kids are lefties. We write with our left hands but use the right hand to eat, use sissors,and use the mouse with our computers to name just a few. I also worked in a factory running machines that were set up for right handed people.I believe that you will findf most so called lefties are ambidextrious.

I write with my left hand use a mouse with my right and use scissors with my right too!!!

I am a left handed person. But my parents tried teaching me to write with my right hand growing up, but I kept switching to my left.
I throw & bat right handed though. haha.
