For art class I have to make a cast of my upper chest and neck so I can make sculptures of it. How can I do this, with minimal supplies or ones I would have around my house. Thanks!

Put on an old turtleneck or something that covers the part of you that you want to cast. Get some duct tape and get someone to wrap it around you snugly. Cut it off and tape it back together. Quick, easy and cheap!

I don't get it. If it's an art class, wouldn't the teacher be showing you what materials to use?
