Ok like for a couple of years ive had this discharge come out of my vaignal area and i thought it was discharge so i didnt worry about it. But it was really bad i had to start wearing panty liners every day. So i went to the doctor and they said i might be haveing bladder spams. They gave me medicine. But all its done it turn my discharge into a thick gooey greenish-yelliwsh goo and i keep getting iritated in my vagina. I once trie dot stop the medicine and the infection came back again..so i know it cant be the medicine. Do you think that i have a bladder spams? Idk what it is! HELP

It could be a yeast infection (yellowish-green discharge can be a symptom of yeast infection). Because of the possibility of bladder spasms I would recommend getting another opinion and preferably from either a urogynecologist (a doctor that treats pelvic floor problems as well as bladder issues in women) or a regular urologist (treats diseases and disorders of the bladders that a urogynecologist may not deal with on a regular basis) to see what they think is going on.
