Did it used to work? How old is the house? If it worked before, then it could not possibly be wired wrong, unless you or someone else changed something, if turning on one light causes others to turn off, and this was not the case before, I would guess that you have a loose neutral somewhere. These are hard to pin-point on a lighting circuit because they are notorious for jumping around the house. Turn off the breaker that makes the porch light go off, and go around the house taking note of all lights and outlets that are off. The problem can and probably will be in any one of these boxes. If you just changed a light in one room, and didn't get all the white wires tightly connected this would give these type of problems.

Your front porch lightswitch is wired (incorrectly).
Instead of the permanent live to feed the far side of the house being connected to the 'live' side of the lightswitch, it's connected to the 'switched' side of the switch.

It's a simple job to change, but I'd recommend getting a professional in.

Your house was probably rewired by a fully qualified Armenian Plumber!!

(Thought I'd give the poor Polish Plumbers a rest on this one. They have been taking a bit of a bashing lately, haven't they?)

Yes, but I'd need more information about what is connected.
It's obvious it's wrongly connected, but you would need an electrician on the spot to sort it out.
