You made your point and it's time to back off. Give her time to absorb that you think she looks fine. That fact that you're younger likely makes her feel pressured to maintain a certain image. Maybe a membership at a gym or fitness center? You could both go together. Then her focus could change to fitness/toning up, rather than losing weight and looking gaunt, and she could become healther in the process and spend time with you too.

You could get "before" and "after" pictures blown up and point out the differences and explain that you certainly don't want her to gain weight unnecessarily but that you want her at a healthy weight and that starving oneself is not healthy. Maybe suggest some activities you two could do together to stay in shape - walks around the block, swimming as a family at the local YMCA, taking the kids to the park after dinner? Good luck and God Bless.

I was in this boat as well for awhile. I very petite and would love to get implants, for myself not other guys, but my husband didn't want me to get them. We talked about it a lot, and I finally decided not to.
I doubt your wife is seeking out other guys, but it's never a good thing when a woman makes herself attractive for strangers and unattractive for her husband.
The bottom line though, is that she is happy with her new look, for whatever reason. I don't think men understand how most women want to be thin.

Ay 110 my wife looks great.
All the while she complains about being fat.
We found a photo of her ar 95 the other day and she was shocked. Looked a bit anorexic, hollow cheeks, drawn and slack.. That was all it took.

Id ask her is it more important what her girlfriends think or her husband. Never mind what the men in the office said...who cares what ANYONE says except you. What you need to address is not the weight, but her changing priority in who she is trying to please.
Her silence when you said what do the men think was a warning sign....

Start cooking her meals that she loves, she'll eat more and gain some weight back. I don't understand why women think skinny is sexy. I love my curves.
