Hi. I tried spraying foam insulation inside aluminum columns that are hollow. They are located on my front porch. Evidently, I oversprayed because 10 minutes later it came out bubbling like a CAULDRON! Not funny! I have the stuff on cement, the outside of my aluminum columns, a wooden planter... good grief!!! WHAT A MESS!!! What can I do to get it cleaned up?

the foam Expands...... you just sprayed more than the hollow could hold. cut off what you can. and try MEK or Laquer thinner to disolve the remainder.

foam insulation is best used if you can duct tape the hole that youve sprayed, then theres no clean up.

take a steak knife and trim off all sticking out foam.

let it dry. by no means try to wipe it up makes a worse mess just let dry its easy to break off then after you break off or cut away with spatula or knife you can take wire brush to get the residue off concrete.hope this helps you and you didnt make to much of a mess
