I haven't went out on the town in a long time, but I know that when I do I'm usually sore for a couple of days after. You're not used to using those muscles to bust a move :)

Saturday morning i was by myself in the apartment and i was dancing to some music that sucks to dance too. but i was trying to make up a dance that would look good to the music. i failed miserably. I'm no choreographer.

I dance around the living room every day with my little girls. We dance to Jacks Big Music show and Blues Clues........ Makes a person feel seeeeexy..........LOL
