So you support men who have the same similarities as Saddam did on how he treated his people... says alot for you.

Marx and Castros policies have been responsible for more deaths than Bush could achieve if he started having the army start shooting people at random for the next 18 months, that's what you call clear thinking huh?

We are fighting because we have two sources of political power. These sources are sponsored by money, which comes from large companies and groups of people. Since we aren't a society of thinkers anymore, we pretty much sit around like zombies and wait for one of the following:
A reason to be scared
A television show
A fix (addiction of any sort, not specific to substances)
A thing to complain about
A reason to delineate ourselves from "others"
I respectfully disagree with your statement above - but I have to give you lots of props for thinking enough to make a statement contrary to some of the evil in our society - opening yourself up for a lot of negativity from people who think they are thinking when they aren't.
Our political system is beyond flawed, it's oppression based. It relies on groups who represent nobody truely to enact inept policies backed by flawed, outdated thinking - but the answer isn't socialism, facism, or communism. That only works if nobody has ANYTHING.
Since we are all individuals, we all need to be able and willing to exercise personal choice and personal responsibility. If we could do that, we wouldn't need this many laws - or a government that pushes everybody being equal. It is up to individuals not to abuse their power, and that is the flaw with governments: People can't control themselves adequately, and government control of people at all the same level (Marx, Castro, Chavez) doesn't work either - loads of people tend to die without anyone doing anything about it.
The military cannot rule - see Darfour. The people cannot rule if they cannot think for themselves - see Germany during WWII.
Castro - who are you kidding? Cuba is TINY - if you are thinking socialism, it only has a chance to work if everyone is equal, right? Not killing baby girls in China, starving in Korea, killing each other followed by rampant crime in the former USSR...
Marx - needed to conquer the world to give his ideology a full shake down. Won't happen.
Chavez - No oil, no drugs, no power. His country should be a vacation spot, not a world power - and certainly won't be doing as well as Russia under Marx.

You should spread your questions out a little bit instead of cutting and pasting them at the same time. Commusim sucks, btw. There is nothing stoping you from moving to those countries. In fact you'll probably do good to move there since they'll treat you like a king for a few days while you spout your anti-American rhetoric down there. Hasta Luego.

"Marx, Castro, Chavez..." Tremendously succesful ideology as well.
Public discourse and argument is the foundation of democracy. It works fairly well, also.
Thumbs down if you live in Cuba. LOL. Who lives in America?

There is something to be said for your statement. Marx had high ideals that unfortunately were unable to be implemented fairly. Chavez is clearly moving Venezuela forward. And I laugh my head off when I think of the U.S. refusing to allow trade and travel between the U.S. and Cuba; just how much of a threat does our government ascertain that tiny nation to be to us? Talk about swatting a fly with a sledgehammer.
Edit: Thoughtful response, Ken!---unlike many of the others.

...Huh? You continue to confuse me. Of course we shouldn't fight to change their policies, unless we can prove that htey're somehow destructive to us. As for your last line, try, sometime, to explain yourself. Those 3 names have some ideas in common, but I don't understand how any of them link to the question in the slightest.
