This questions itself speaks volumes about your own mental capacity. Would you really want them banned or killed if you were included? Social Darwinism has been around for a while, most famously supported by Hitler, but it never turns out good.
Theoretically it would be a good idea to increase the average intelligence of the gene pool, but accomplishing this by killing or exiling people from society is no solution.

Well that is kind of a slippery slope there my friend. If you kill all the stupid people, I'm probably one of the first to get executed so I take exception to that.
And of course everyone has their own definition of stupid. I generally meet most working definitions for the word stupid so I would be concerned for my welfare in my own little selfish way.

Yes, Ofcourse. Everyone should be allowed to live. We are all Gods children. Not depending on there act of knowledge or there beautiful body or nice hair.
We should all be treated equally and with respect.
Those who are stupid will out grow that personality.
Those who are smart will get smarter.

that is not for us to decide.i think there are some people who should not be allowed to reproduce.the ones who will bring retarded defective children in the world and the drunks,drug addicts or aids ,HIV infected people should not be bringing children in the world who will be orphaned,diseased and crippled and unable to care for them selves.i think there should be quality to life, not to exist in a vegetative state and only be a burden is not a life at all.i think it is cruel and selfish to go to such lengths to keep a body alive when the soul and mind are not there also.let go and let GOD.
