I keep telling myself;
"Don't worry, everything's gonna be right, nothing much you can do, just do what you can, " (you = myself).
And I always follow it by statement (self suggestion):
"I know out of the blue there are unexpected THINGS , WAYS or HELP which cant be better than anybody or I can find"
Everyday I do my best, max I can.
That words and attitude above keep my life in order.

My mother used to say, "You'll never regret the things that you do, you'll only regret those that you fail to do" As I get older, I realise the wisdom of those words. Now, I make sure that if I feel strongly about anything, or I feel that I want to do something, I darned well get out there and "DO it".

That is a good one.
Treat others the way you would like to be treated is one I try to live by.
Also to keep from getting down, I always remind myself that there are lots of people worse of than I am.

"Karma is a boomerang." What I do, good or bad, is going to come back to me somehow at some time. Therefore it is in my own best interest to do as much good as I can. Everyone wins that way.
