I would say, "Jimmy, this neocon coward who uses the Government Cheese likes to bash Democrats without offering any substantive information on a Yahoo website. Anyway, every other day he likes to ask people what they would say to you if they could say one sentence. He may be in love with you as many neocons appear to actually be closeted homosexuals, but perhaps he just admires you".
I know, it's more than one sentence, but I kept it as short as possible.

This is a question i have asked myself for years.My friend asked him why he gave away Panama. When I met his I was so impressed I said ( I am proud of you and all of your achievements. Thank you ) I know I wanted to say more but this was the best I could say when we met unexpectedly on my part
