Ummm... I hate when that happens... It's so disappointing... When I first wake up, I think.... AW, YES...did I finally get lucky last night? It's been a while....then I roll over and see that it's the da*n dog...... it really bums me out.

Well,I have two children, ages 7 and 9. I frequently wake up in a lot of very strange ways, certainly including being poked in the back. Once they decided to bring me breakfast in bed. As a surprize. This consisted of holding the tray right over me then shouting Daddy! Wake up for breakfast! I woke up all right, shot straight up,my head knocked right into the tray, which sent all the food right on to my wife's head, thus waking her also. Rather unpleasantly I should say. But hey,it's the thought that counts.
Oh,then the dog came charging in,a German shepard, very excited and highly amused. He bounds on top of us,then my wife screams at him while thrusting the breakfast food from head and face which he then attacks voraciously, apparently having developed the capacity to bark and eat at the same time. He got all the breakfast.
