How to I get over her!?

My gf broke up with me last night! I couldn't sleep, eat and work. Today I called her and spent almost 1 hour on the phone just to win her back. She was crying but said I disappointed her. I know she still loves but I hurt her. I didn't cheat on her but I just couldn't go back to my home country for the moment!

How do I win her back or get over her!! Help!!

Only way to get her back is to tell her that as soon as you can you will go back to your home country, whatever that is, and tell her she needs to be patient. If she doesn't want to be patient then you need to just move on. When you do move on try not to think about what happened in the past
