My Favorite food. IceCream. Never when I am going to be in public, and yes I have tapered off. I figure if it gives you gas it could not be good for your stomach lining.

If I drink different brands of beer in the same day.... but I don't avoid any foods that give me gas.

there are two foods that i know of,beans and cabbage. and no,that doesnt stop me from consuming them because i dont produce as much gas as other people do.
