Well, idon't realy get that : we-i, us-them, but whatever.

I think that aliens ARE NOT bad, because if they would be bad, they would kill us since they had discovered us( there are too much years). I think that they want to see our progresses , and they want to have ''peace'' with us , don't ''you'' think so?

There are four possible types of aliens; benevolent, same as us, predatory, non-compatible.
If a benevolent type shows up the corrupt elites will run them off. If they are similar in attitude to us war will break out. The predatory types will take over and eat us. A non-capable type will be used by the corrupt elites as an excuse to start a war.
I need a ride off this rock, I'm prepared to work for passage. Can you give me a lift?

It's not that people fear you, beloved visitor, most humans have little understanding of the universe outside their TV screens. Perhaps if you were to put yourselves on a reality / contest show called American Alien then you would be accepted and adored by the masses. Until then, you'll have to settle for people like me who understand your kind. Can we make another hybrid baby?

You're assuming that they wouldn't try to kill us and find out how we have the gift of emotion or reproduction. That is supposedly how aliens would be jealous of us, until I see something where they are trying to make peace with us, we are against them.
