My son has a X-7 70cc pocket bike and the electric starter will not do anything. I tested the battery and it has 12v and I push the push button to start it and nothing happens, no sound, nothing. The voltage doesn't even budge on the battery? Also, when I turn the key on, nothing works; lights, horn, turn siganals, nothing. But I already checked the in-line fuse, and it's good? There is 12v going to the solenoid from the battery, but 0v on the other terminal of the solenoid. Not sure what to do to test solenoid or any other part of the electric starting system? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

The bike is about 2 years old. So he(and I!! ) have riden it thousands of times... We recently moved, but before we moved, he tried to start it and ride it into the moving truck, up the ramp. But it wouldn't start, so I though well the battery is kinda old, so maybe it needs a new battery. But then last weekend we tried to get it going again, I checked the battery and the battery is good. There isn't any power when I turn the switch on, no lights or horn or anything. Again the battery is good, 12v and also 12v at one side of the solenoid, but 0v on the other side of the solenoid.... Any thoughts??
