I think okay now I have to read all of these answers and pick a best answer from all of the answers that I received to my question. But I am usually happy when I get a lot of answers as it means that a lot of people liked my question which it doesn't seem as if I'm all that apopreciated here lately by most of the community not all of it as I have some great friends and contacts and a great girl by my side. You rock babe. :-)

Its both for me. I take it as a compliment when my question gets 3 pages of answers and that makes me go yay. At the same time though its like oh crap there are so many good answers, how do I pick just one?

If I were in your position chances are I'd be thinking hes a player. How many girls has he met, how many times has he used the same lines. I have to agree with the other guy/girl that you might just be a challenge because you're not chasing him. I think you might already know the answer yourself because you've said how different you are, and would you be giving this any consideration if he were an average person, you may have gotten a bit swept away by the fact hes semi-famous. At the end of the day if you have feelings for him but still aren't sure keep it at a distance and bide your time. Keep in regular contact and time will tell if he genuinely likes you. Any guy that's for real would wait and enjoy getting to know you too. If he starts to drift or seems disinterested I'd say he were only after one thing. Good luck : )

I am bad at asking questions, I was the eldest child in my family growing up and have a bit of a mother hen complex and am better at giving out advice than asking for it. The few I have asked did not get 3 pages, they were simple questions and not very controversial. I would think "yay" if I got 3 pages of answers to a question, it would give me lots to draw from, even negative stuff can be informative sometimes.

Definitely "oh crap". I think I have only had one question which generated that many answers.

When I get a question like that, I know I am asking something too general and easy to answer. I blame myself for my predicament, and strive to ask more carefully in the future. It isn't that I mind having to choose from a large field of answers, because I don't. The problem is that when a person gets that many answers, aproximately half of them are baloney answers (at least in my experience). I figure I need to ask more carefully so that the people who like to pop off with unrelated one-liners won't bother with my questions again.

Hm mm. Interesting. Usually I get all tingly when there is a great deal of interest in a question I've posed. Usually. Then there are the times when, out of multiple pages of responses, there are only a couple worth paying attention to. And then there are the days when everyone's answers are so great I can't make a decision. What to do?

Those I send to voting...
