I like being the only child. I feel like my parents were able to support me financially and emotionally. My parents were sure not to spoil me and taught me the value of many things. It does get a little lonely but I have made some really good friends that feel like family to me.

I am not an only child, but I can Imagine how lonely it would feel because sometimes just the feel of my little 10 yr old brother out of the house gives me chills of lonelyness.
Let's just say Thank God that your first newborn is doing Okay and remember that God will always watch over you as long as you have faith in him.

I am only child...it could be ok if everything else is nice and normal, healthy environment for the kid...but if on top of that one of the parents is not present, and there are another problems that make the kid feel unstable, financially, emocionally then, it can be really bad....I had a not very stable childhood, but I had good advises from my mom until certain point, I kept myself away from many problems and never used drugs...but I felt sad not having a sibling.....

How do you artwork that a mom isn't paying something in the direction of the upbringing of a youngster for the subsequent twenty years? Do you somewhat think of the youngster help the daddy will pay covers all the fees linked with elevating a toddler? in case you do, you reside in myth land. in maximum circumstances (till we are speaking on the subject of the likes of Tiger Woods, i.e. insanely wealthy human beings), toddler help does not ever conceal 0.5 of what it expenditures to maintain a toddler alive, knowledgeable and entertained.

I love being an only child, it feels so special, now I can't imagine my family life being any other way, I only ever wanted a sibling very briefly when I was about six.

i really enjoyed it. I didn't have to live in someone elses shadow or have some looking up to me. My parents attention wasn't divided. Call me spoiled but I got a lot of what I wanted. Now don't get me wrong, my parents weren't rich, but the holidays were always good for me.

It was really lonely at times when you had no one to play with but yourself but I grew accustomed to it and I think because of that there are times when I enjoy just being alone, with no one to bug me all the time
