I have used a presentation to make sales ( NOT - NOT HIGH PRESSURE ) that I have "come up with", and my sales contract closures averages 80 to 90% ( Residial and open land). I am not a licensed real estate professional, however, I act as a "contracted sales representative".
I am not worried about being a real estate professional in the state of Texas, however I wish to obtain some sort of protection for my "sales talk, deleavery".
CAN I GET MY PROCESS COPYRIGHTED / or PATENTED??

I do not agree considering phrases come into the English (and another) language close to every day, It's best while those phrases grow to be poplar ample for use by means of a significant quantity of persons that they "formally" grow to be facet of the language. For illustration, the phrase "Skosh" is used every day and such a lot appreciate its which means to be "a small quantity". It did not input into the English language till the mid to past due sixties after carrier guys lower back from the some distance-east clash. Inventing a phrase can also be performed however what well will it's if no person makes use of it and if no person makes use of it what well will a patent on it do, (that's, how will you are making cash off of it). Since patent and copyrights are filed so no person else can use your "highbrow estate" with out your permission and you're compensated in the event that they do. So almost, by means of submitting a patent or copyright on a "phrase" you arise with could effortlessly near it off from preferred utilization and a "phrase" no longer used as such to be certain a "non-phrase"

You can copyright the sales presentation itself (slides, presentation materials, etc.) You can not legally protect a sales technique or method.
