Trent Green is a waiver-wire pickup in most leagues, and if you are dealing him it's great that the other guy thinks he's got value.
Brandon Jackson is getting ridiculed by most answerers due to his rookie status, his concussion in pre-season and his competition with Vernand Morency. However, Jackson is playing because Morency is more beat up than Jackson.
Also, Morency is not as good a fit for the Packer zone blocking scheme installed this season - otherwise he'd still be in Houston, where they have the same zone blocking offense! Brandon Jackson is used to this kind of block reading from his Nebraska days.
Furthermore, Jackson's only real weakness was the inexperience at picking up blitzes. If he's improving there, it's going to be hard for Morency to supplant Jackson as a starter.
As for MoJo, he's definitely splitting time with Fragile Fred Taylor. Taylor is awesome when he isn't hurt and he cuts into MoJo's production - or is it MoJo cuts Taylor's?
I say hold pat on the trade, cut Green for Jake Delhomme or Matt Schaub, and play out the season longer.

It is a terrible trade all the way around. Trent Green is going to struggle with a new offensive on a terrible Miami team and Brandon Jackson has shown us nothing that he can be a starting fanstasy back..
Jones-Drew is going the be the biggest bust in 07. He will not get 16Tds again since teams have had time to really study his film from last year.
Awful Trade

If you are getting Jones-Drew, than this is a good trade. You should be able to pick up a quarterback on waivers that will be at least as good if not better than Green, and Jones-Drew should have a better fantasy season than Jackson. Remember, Morency will be coming back and Jackson will have to compete.
If you are giving up Jones-Drew, I wouldn't do it.

Its a wonderful trade for MJD.
Jackson is going to struggle this year, and with his concussion that could mean more carries for Morency. Also Green will struggle this year. Brown isn't going to be able to help him out much, so it will on be on Green's shoulders. With his aging, that doesn't look so good for the Dolphins.
Jones-Drew should end up by years being the main guy in JAX. That right there is worth those players alone.
If your getting Jones-Drew its a huge trade for you and you should run away with it. If you proposed it, this trade will get shot down in its tracks.
Good luck!!
