Nothing you can do for the dead. They are dead. And it's likely everything that needs to be done for the living has already been done.
Time to move on.

I think that it is time to move on. America and it's citizens can't dwell on what happened in the past forever, we all have to move on and put it behind us. The U.S. has held ceremonies each year since 9/11 for the families and firefighters lost, there is nothing else to be done.

The only thing that I can think of that the United States governement should do is to make Sepetember 11th a national holiday in rememberence of probably the most tragic events the U.S. history.

I truthfully remember 9-11. and that i remember how individuals rallied collectively, and how the international rallied around u . s .. it incredibly is almost six years later, and the place are we now? it incredibly is incredible that President Bush has been waiting to squander lots reliable will and help the two right here at homestead and out of the country. I incredibly have never understood the ongoing adoration for President Bush in mild of his strikes (and inactions) considering that day. the only element maximum persons remember him doing is grabbing that bullhorn and asserting, "we are with you!" many of the militia reaction could have been performed by capacity of any President. however, a extra perfect President might have thoroughly dealt with the actual terrorist difficulty in Afghanistan before commencing up an adventure someplace else. Why interior the international are we nevertheless having to combat the Taliban in Afghanistan? by way of fact we drained supplies from there to flow to war in Iraq. There has never been a respected connection made between Iraq and 9-11. however, 19 out of the 20 terrorists have been from Saudi Arabia, as is Bin weighted down himself. And what have we performed approximately Saudi Arabia different than beg them to maintain promoting us their oil? The terrorists have precisely the guy they want interior the workplace of the yank presidency. we are offering a guidance floor in Iraq that's foremost to the unfold of international terrorism. And we inventory them with loads of stay objectives to shoot at. "deliver'em on" President Bush dared the insurgents. and that they have got--with a vengeance. President Bush ignored a large risk on 9-11 and interior the days and weeks thereafter. He would have portrayed this as an act of barbarism against civilization. He would have pronounced that the killings have been indiscriminate, ensuing interior the deaths of persons from many countries and representing many faiths, which includes Islam. He would have marginalized the the terrorists and asked the civilized international to paintings collectively. extremely, he as we communicate took it individually and made it out to be an attack on the U.S. fullyyt, "them against us." He took off together with his cowboy rhetoric ("lifeless or alive") and cowboy suggestions-set. All this from an administration crammed with people who did each little thing they'd to sidestep lively accountability for the duration of the Vietnam war . . . I remember 9-11. and that i additionally remember all the lost opportunities considering then. and that i don't experience one bit safer.

We've done what we can for the families of the fallen. They've gotten large amounts of money. As for the victims themselves, we can honor them best by learning lessons about vigilance and preparedness. Unfortunately, that has NOT happened nearly enough. Our immigration laws are still not being sufficiently enforced.

We cant do anything for those who lost their lifes. They're dead. Nada, gone, poof.

I think what would be best for the familys is that we don't do anything for them and let them mourn by themselves with dignity.

We can remember this day as a critical political event but we don't have the right to mourn with those who have lost family.

You can't do anything. Leave it alone.
