Start Brees. Miami has a tough defense, so i don't think Dallas will get off on them. Tampa's D is ok but getting old. So i think Brees will have a better week than Romo

Romo all the way. He has far too many weapons to work with and they get open. Miami will lose by 10 or more.
Brees's numbers against Tampa Bay in the past have been fair at best.
