I want a good wax that I can use by hand that will give my Nissan Sentra (black) a good shine. Something that will last for a few months, and isn't too expensive. Also, some instruction on how to do it would be helpful, as this is my first time doing it on my own. Any suggestions would be very helpful, and I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Turtle wax is one of the best ones out there..

You put it on with a clean rag in a circular motion let it dry to a haze then buff it off also in a circular motion.

Don't do it in the sun or when its been sitting in the sun and is hot as the wax will dry too quickly and make it harder to wipe off. do it in the shade or in the garage.

Wax on... Wax Off

meguiars is a great line of wax before you wax it I would do the clay bar cleaning on it and yes meguiars does have one then after that I would use the cleaner wax then the wax to give it a nice deep shine to it.And from there on out just wash your car regularly and at least once a month give the wax job a touch up with maguiars spray wax that you wipe on and off.I usually do a full detail on my car that is black as well during fall time and then again in spring time.Well hope this helps

Everyone has their favorite waxes and polishes. I like to use Mequiars. They have a bunch of different products, go to their website and check it out.

There are a lot of good products out there, so it shouldn't be hard to find something. good luck.
