I want to change the waiver rules so that on sunday when the games start all players are changed from free agents to waivers until Teusday or Wednesday. That way it will prevent the whole first come first serve bias on picking up people over the weekend. If all players are waivers then everyone can put in there request to pick up a player and waiver priority will designate who gets the player. Makes it more fair for the person that does not sit in front of the tv all day long on sunday.

The only way that you could do it is to lock all teams at kickoff on Sunday and unlock them on a designated day such as Wedensday.

Once your league has drafted this is no longer an option. If you haven't drafted then you should be able to still set it if you are the commisioner.
