Shayne Marie. My 2 year old daughter is Reagan Elizabeth. I love the name Shayne but have been getting some trouble since it is more often a boy's name.

Marie is a family name. I know it is common, but I chose it since it is a family name.

I think it's a great name! Lot's of names can go either for a boy or girl, all you do is change the spelling.
Shane=Boy
Shayne=Girl. CUTE!
Don't change it to Shayna just to please other people. Choose what you like. There will always be people who don't agree with the name you choose. Too bad, she's your baby. :)

Very cute. A different first name for a girl and if she doesn't like it when she gets older she can use Marie, normal, classic, and absolutely feminine. If you like the name, use it. Besides, some guys names are just better on girls. Shannon was originally a boys name and is still used a lot in Ireland for boys, and I think it's definately better on a girl. And Shayne is real close to that name. I think it's great.

I like Shayne Marie. Who cares if it's more often a boy's name? With the 'y' in the middle it makes it different. Good choice!

I used to watch two little girls named Reagan and Keegan. I don't like Shayne that well. It's ok, but nowhere near as cute as Reagan. I've also met several girls named Kyle. That's cute for a girl, too!

I love the idea of it, especially with the unique spelling of Shayne. I'm just not big on giving girls names that are predominately male.

Shayne Marie is very cute, i like it:) If your worried about giving her that name because more boys have that name there is something like shaylynn (shay-lynn)
