Aren't their laws that protect consumers against worthless junk like HeadOn and ActivOn? These products are openly fraudulent.

I agree, but they have all these disclaimers and terms of usage to protect their butts from court. What I really love in commercials is the statement "Results not typical".

They're not fraudulent, maybe you're just not following the directions.
