Ignore it, if it offends to many people there will be someone that reports it. It's a small world, live and let live.

I ignore it, I don't think anyone meant to be purposefully offensive, and I've not yet stumbled upon something really bad.

I ignore it unless it has to do with racism, child molesting or is so sexually explicit it makes ME blush - because it takes a LOT to do that!
